Your role as Graduate Consultant:    

As Graduate Consultant you will contribute from day one on real projects. You can expect to be part of a team of more experienced consultants working together to solve complex challenges for key clients. Your role could typically be to perform primary and secondary research, gather requirements, perform analysis, facilitate workshops and develop presentations, reports and business cases. You will frequently interact with colleagues across Cognizant and leverage an international network of subject matter experts. In addition to your project role, you can expect to be part of other teams who are working on business development activities and you will also be encouraged to contribute towards development of Cognizant local and global thought leadership.

Key Requirements:         

• Higher academic education. Relevant Master’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering, organizational psychology, strategy etc.       
• Genuine motivation for building industry skills sector, with special focus on industries like Energy, Utilites, Renewables, Insurance and Banking as well as Retail and Consumer Goods. 
• An understanding of business processes and structure.       
• Commercial understanding and able to act professional in client facing situations         
• Analytical mindset (i.e. solid quantitative skills, ability to think strategically, good attention to detail, etc.)      
• Interest and capability to work with basic finance, strategy development and execution, process improvement, change management, and digitalization      
• Strong and confident communication skills – written, spoken, and presented

About the graduate program:

The Nordics are recruiting new talent for our graduate program. The Graduate Program offers an 18 month targeted training program and comprehensive Cognizant Academy training, including a two-week onboarding in Spain. All graduates are mentored by Cognizant experts throughout program.
