Corporates & Institutional Banking (CIB) is looking for an ambitious First Year Analyst to join our team in Oslo in September 2020.
As a customer unit, CIB owns and allocates capital on all large corporate and institutional customers and initiates and drives strategic dialogue with these customers.
Based on this, CIB facilitates the relevant products and services in collaboration with the product units. We have an ongoing strategic dialogue with the customers regarding their business strategy and capital structure. As part of this setup, we lead the customer teams.
The main types of employees in CIB are either Senior Bankers, Relationship Managers, Credit and Business analysts or Client service managers. All highly competent people who have a strong interest in creating great customer experiences. We are a dynamic organization with a strong focus on high performance and personal development. You will join a highly motivated team based at Aker Brygge in Oslo.
The First-Year Analyst program
This program is an opportunity to accelerate your career as part of an ambitious organization where you will be on a steep learning curve from day one. It enables you to take on added responsibility after your first 18 months. To support your development, we offer personal and professional training activities, networking with other junior analysts as well as exposure to key decision makers. After the 18 months, we will continue to focus on your personal and professional development.
As a First-Year Analyst, you will have the opportunity to get to the very core of corporate and institutional banking and you will get immediate contact with our clients, where you will be exposed to challenging tasks from the first day.

Academic profile
You have a strong academic background with a M.Sc. in economics, finance, or a related study with an excellent academic record of accomplishment.
