RagnaRock develops machine learning-based software that extracts more value from subsurface data, increase workflow efficiency and provide better decision support. RagnaRock´s cloud-based software prototype has been developed in collaboration with Aker BP, Neptune Energy, and DNO. We are a young and agile startup that aims to excel at using machine learning on subsurface data.
We are looking for summer interns for summer 2020 to join our team in Oslo. You will be working closely with the rest of our excellent team of machine learning engineers, software engineers and mathematicians to deliver a high‐end product for the oil and gas industry. Our software infrastructure and mindset facilitates extensive experimenting with the latest developments in machine learning.
What you`ll do
Design and deploy machine learning systems
Research and implement appropriate machine learning algorithms using the newest developments in the field
Create architectures to enable fast, reproducible, and organized experimentation with machine learning
Write server-side code for Google Cloud Platform based applications, create robust high-volume production applications, and develop prototypes quickly.
Optimize performance using cloud components such as Pubsub, Kubernetes Engine, and Firebase.
You should apply if
Experience within machine learning such as computer vision or deep learning
Looking for hands-on experience with machine learning, cloud, and front-end development
Willingness to learn, organized and structured
Good communication skills
Students between their 3.year to 5.year
