The Role
A Summer Internship at Capgemini Invent will give you unique insight into what it is like to work as a Management Consultant in our company. Over a seven-week period, you will get the opportunity to work with a team of our experienced consultants on strategic or operational projects for our clients. As a member of the project team, you will learn about our tools and methods, and get experience with using these in a real-life project setting. It is also a unique opportunity for us to get to know potential future talents for our organization.
As a Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to challenge and develop yourself personally and professionally, in a social and fun environment. A structured training program will enable you to deliver value to our clients and ensure that you get the most out of your time with us. You will also get to know our consultants in an informal setting through several social events throughout the summer.

What we are looking for
We are mainly looking for students in their 4th year with strong academic results, excellent communication skills that express curiosity and motivation about pursuing a career in management consulting and a desire to learn more about working as a consultant for Capgemini Invent. We will also consider students in their 3rd year that are able to present exceptional motivation and personal fit for the Summer Internship.
