Group Treasury is the Division responsible for funding and management of capital and liquidity at DNB. The Bank needs capital market financing in addition to deposits, and we need to find the best possible use for our capital. The work of the different teams ranges from trading in foreign exchange, interest rate and bond markets to optimizing the Bank’s balance sheet. Our footprint is global as we are active in markets around the world and act as a central advisor to the client-facing teams of DNB internationally.
In our ambition to continuously enhance our competence, we are looking for a candidate to join our full-time Graduate Program with start during the summer of 2021.
Group Treasury Graduate Program
Through the first year, you will have a tailored training-program and the opportunity to rotate within the different teams of Group Treasury. Through this you will get unique insights and meet real challenges to make meaningful impact on each business area. At the end of the Graduate Program, we will in mutual dialogue place the candidate within a specific team.
Parallel to the above, you will be given training from relevant areas in DNB Markets with whom we have close relations. Finally, you will also be part of the DNB Corporate Graduate Program 2021 and get the opportunity to increase your network in DNB, expand your skills and socialize with other graduates. This includes introduction days, knowledge sharing sessions, off-site activities, seminars and social events. You will have the support of a mentor outside your Division with whom you can reflect on learnings, career ambitions and discuss challenges.
