As a Junior Associate in Digital McKinsey you’ll join the McKinsey Digital team in our Oslo office to help enterprises think strategically about how to leverage technology to create fundamental business change – from formulating tech-driven growth strategies to enabling more efficient operations through the use of technology.

A Junior Associate takes an active role in all project related tasks, consisting of developing hypothesis, planning and conducting interviews, analysis and synthesis, to be able to provide recommendations to clients and to help them succeed in their implementation.
To work as a consultant in McKinsey you need to communicate well with people on all organizational levels and be able to solve complex problems.
