This is a newly created position, and you will have the opportunity to influence the design of your own position and everyday work.

Job duties:

  • A central role in providing "love and care" throughout the entire customer life cycle, including: Extensive customer knowledge, Warm customer welcoming, Loving customer care
  • Central point of contact for both Sales, Product Management and Finance.
  • Daily hands on with internal CRM system (SalesForce)

Promon’s customers are their main asset, and your role will be focusing on customer knowledge and understanding, as well as effective, constructive, and positive customer interaction. Your ability to understand and follow technical aspects of Promon’s technology is essential to understand customer needs.

The candidate we are looking for

  • Has completed a relevant bachelor- or master’s degree
  • Has relevant experience in fields such as: Customer Success, Support, Technical Account Management, IT Project Management or other related fields
  • Has good technical understanding and/or skills
  • Is fluent in English, both written and oral
