Investment Banking professionals (full-time, entry level)


We are currently looking for a recent or upcoming university graduate to be a key part of our Investment Banking team in Oslo.


The relevant candidate should have:


  • BSc, MSc, or similar degree in economics, finance, industrial economics, or engineering
  • Excellent academic record
  • Relevant internship experience considered a plus
  • Genuine interest in finance and capital markets
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and highly motivated
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, exciting, and fast-moving environment
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high ethical standard
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English

As part of a highly motivated and skilled team you will have a unique opportunity to work directly with international capital markets and on high-profile transactions across sectors and geographies (both Nordic and internationally). From the start of our career at Carnegie, you will be working directly with senior members of our team and our clients. You will receive exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets (ECM), and debt capital markets (DCM). Carnegie has a long-established local presence in all the Nordic countries, and we offer our employees a 6-month rotation to one of these offices as part of their tenure.
