Start-up & Growth, Oslo: We work with the most innovative and fast growing companies who are the future customers of the bank. You’ll be part of a new team and build Nordea to be the preferred bank in the startup & growth segment. To reach this ambition, we are looking for a graduate who is a team player with an outgoing personality, who is good at building relations and who is ready for a varied workday. 

Corporate Advisory, Oslo: As a Graduate in Corporate Advisory, you get to build a deep knowledge and experience in complex financial solutions. A large part of the job encompasses financial modelling and analysis as well as wide industry knowledge for various business segments. You will be part of a team negotiating debt packages with Investment companies, Private Equity funds and support mid-large corporate customers financing strategic acquisitions and investments. 

Business Banking Tønsberg/Drammen/Sarpsborg/Gjøvik: Region East is geographically surrounding the Oslo-area. As a Graduate you’ll be a part of one of our teams servicing large and mid-size corporate customers with the full scale of products offered by Nordea. The teams located in the above mentioned locations are responsible for the total income and profitability, customer satisfaction, credit risk, and serving the customers in collaboration with all the product responsible units in Nordea. Region East is a fast-growing region and we aim to expand our market share even further. 

Business Banking Trøndelag, Trondheim: Nordea has a considerable market position in the corporate segment in Mid-Norway. As a graduate you will get a thorough insight into how a large corporate bank operates in the corporate environment. We serve our customers with the whole competence in Nordea on local market conditions and we wish to further enhance our growth in Region North. In addition, you will get to learn a lot about how we work with the corporate segment, and how the business' operates and plans for further investments. .  

What you’ll be doing: 

You will rotate between different units where learning and growth define the strategically important tasks and projects you´ll be responsible for and/or participate in - examples could be: 

• Work with stakeholders across Nordea to secure profitability and sustained growth, by optimising business results and customer satisfaction 
• Support business decisions, product and service development, and marketing by delivering customer insight analytics 
• Support Product Managers with product management activities such as creating marketing material, internal communication, profit and loss monitoring, and writing product roadmaps and strategy 

Start-up & Growth:  

• You will get sole responsibility to build your own portfolio while working in a team who shares ideas and thoughts, and work towards common objectives 
• You will give financial advice to your customers and connect these to our specialists and our network. 
• You will analyse and prepare credit memos for credit decisions 
• You will represent the Nordea brand by attending events and accelerator programs, where you can take different roles as a speaker, networker or mentor.

To be a qualified candidate for a Graduate position in Business Banking Norway, you have: 

• A completed Master’s degree (latest by the 1st September 2022) 
• A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience 
• Excellent English language skills both written and spoken 
• Excellent skills in one of the Scandinavian languages
