Job overview

As a junior analyst at Nordic Credit Rating, you will conduct analytical work such as financial modelling, write credit analyses, and actively support senior analysts on various assignments. You will participate in credit rating committees and in management meetings with issuers. You are expected to participate in cross-practise projects and support the development of rating methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate the credit quality of Nordic industrials, real estate companies and financial institutions
• Write credit rating reports, prepare financial models, evaluate loan agreements, and prepare and present material internally
• Participate in projects related to the development of analytical models and internal tools
• Participate in meetings with companies and other market participants

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience from internships or part-time jobs is beneficial but not a requirement
• Strong analytical skills and solid educational background
• Fluent Norwegian and excellent English skills
• Strong communication skills – you must be able to analyze in a coherent and concise manner and communicate effectively both orally and in written research
• A curious mind-set and an inner drive to perform
