We want you to enjoy the amazing journey from your student life into your career, and our Graduate Program can provide you with this. The program will give you a kick-start, through sharing knowledge, information and experiences with your fellow graduates. We need you for the development of TechnipFMC’s future!
We will provide you with training and development opportunities within personal and technical skills. A dedicated mentor will be by your side throughout the program.

By the end of June 2023, you will complete your Graduate onboarding program and continue in a full-time position.
Introduction to the Job
We are looking for engaging young talents to be a part of our teams located in Lysaker and Kongsberg, within the following fields:
Digital
You will be working with integrated solutions that are changing the way Energy systems are designed, developed and operated. This includes contemporary digital technologies like: Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Internet of Things, Cloud platforms, Big Data and Robotics.
Software
You will participate, configure, and prepare continuous development of the company’s application software.
Structural Analysis
You will work as an integrated part of technical teams in project execution, applying structure analysis skills and tools in accordance with work instructions and guidelines.
Engineering Services
You will work within Subsea engineering with multiple interfaces internally and externally and be an essential part of the technical support.
Sourcing and Procurement
You will work within several functions: Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Systems & Analytics and Logistics. Both strategic, as well as day to day execution challenges.
Business Processes and Applications
You will work with development, improvement and support of tools, reports, dashboards. You will also contribute to implementation of new digital tools and work processes based on automated and digital opportunities.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
You will act as an important advisor for the planning, performance, reporting and follow-up on parts of Subsea Projects.
