We in Hydro Projects are looking to hire one or two summer interns. We are searching for candidates with capabilities and interests in the fields of Project Management, Industry and Digital Solutions. We value analytical minds with creative ideas.

Possible tasks are:

• Setting up a new project platform
• Design a digitalizing the Capital Value Decision Process in Hydro on the new projects platform
• Design a digital Hydro Project Handbook
• Design and develop training in the Hydro Project Management Methodology on a digital platform.

We believe these internships will give the candidates a unique insight in world class Project Management by being team members in a highly experienced and competent team.

The Hydro Internship Program
Hydro offers various internship positions across business areas in Norway. This year we are recruiting over 50 interns for the summer of 2022!

An internship in Hydro is a great way for you to try out and learn more about your field of study. You will be obtaining a valuable experience and you get to tackle relevant tasks and real challenges, with support from experienced colleagues

The program:

• 8 weeks (mid. June to mid. August)
• Theory into practice
• Real tasks and challenges
• Dedicated buddy/mentor
• A taste of a potential career

Common program with all interns:

• Two-day introduction program
• Plant visit / excursion
• Social events
• Group case assignment
• Closing event

As a Hydro intern you should have:

• Minimum three years of completed studies (3rd or 4th year student)
• Good academic results
• Good communication and cooperation skills
• Engagement through student activities is an advantage
