By joining our Team you will have the opportunity to be part of the Strategy and Business Development (SBD) function which aims to bring together corporate Strategy, Business Development and M&A (mergers and acquisitions) to actively drive and shape the corporate development of Equinor and enable the company to deliver on its ambitious transformation agenda (focus Oil&Gas, accelerate Renewables, build a low carbon business).
The SBD network consists of c. 300 professionals across centralized corporate functions and within the different business areas. We are looking for candidates who will work within different parts of the SBD network, either in our centralised Business Development / M&A or Corporate Strategy organizations, which are reporting to the Equinor CFO, or in a Business Development group within the different business areas.
While specific work tasks will depend on competence profile, assignment and business needs - exposure to impactful, exciting and company shaping opportunities is guaranteed.
