PDP Procurement and Supplier Relations (PSR) is responsible for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) process ensuring safe and efficient supply of goods and services to all Equinor's operations and development projects globally.
Supply chain management (SCM) covers procurement, materials management and logistics operations. SCM supports capital projects, renewables, drilling & well and operations.
The PSR organisation consists of six business units covering strategic, tactical and operational activities in the Supply Chain Management areas:
Working within procurement and supplier relations (PSR) in Equinor offers close collaboration across all business areas and disciplines as well as with our suppliers. PSR ensures that Equinor is provided with the right goods and services both short and long term.

Set up of rotations:
The SCM graduate program will consist of 4 - 5 rotations with a duration of approximately six months each. This may vary based on business needs. The first year is divided into 2- 3 rotations where you will gain vital PSR experience and knowledge from working with Operational procurement and Operational Supply Chain upstream activities. Rotations within first year are pre-defined focusing on building a solid foundation. For year 2, the rotations will primarily be within Strategical and Tactical procurement, and the graduates will have more influence on future rotations based on interests and preferences. Rotations to other areas of the Company, and other locations are encouraged.
