The position

Work with a broad range of tasks within Corporate Audit:

• Join a highly skilled and professional network in Corporate Audit and help Equinor achieve strategic goals.
• Conduct audits and investigations in all business areas and staff functions, across geographical boundaries.
• Investigate serious accidents, ethical misconduct and breaches of procedure.
• Deliver and present results to management at all levels.
• Challenge current practice.
• Provide information from an independent position.
• Act as secretariat for the board of directors, corporate executive committee, business areas and audit committees.

Corporate Audit is the group`s independent control body whose responsibility is to monitor the business to assure that it is subject to adequate management and control.

The role of Corporate Audit is to provide independent, objective assurance and advisory services designed to protect, add value and improve the organization`s operations.

Corporate Audit helps the organization accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the  effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes.

You

• Master’s degree or PhD with strong academic record within relevant disciplines.
• No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience.
• Fluent in English and preferably a second working language.
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
