Collaboration Summer Internship
Collaboration & Productivity manage all of the Collaboration and productivity tools used in Schibsted, spanning from email and chat, to project planning as well as code repositories.
Our services allow everyone from our CEO to coders, HR and Finance to drive innovation in Schibsted and its many brands.
Our tools are used by every Schibsted employee and our aim is to empower our users to work from anywhere at any time
About the role
We are looking for an Internal communications Intern to help improve and perhaps even completely rethink how we communicate our tools and services to our end users.
As an Internal communications Intern, you’ll work closely with the whole team and get the opportunity to help shape how an employee in Schibsted gets onboarded to our tools.
And where we make information available during the employment lifecycle.
With the diverse workforce and multitude of well known brands in Schibsted, you will participate in and help build out our communications platforms that reach over 6000 employees every day
What you will do:
We will scope together a project for you based on our business needs and your interests.
You will conduct research and take actions on the insights and prototype new ways of communications to our end users
Be mentored by a senior engineer who will support you during your internship
Talk to real users and solve real-world problems
Collaborate with all members of your cross functional team
At the end of the internship period, we would love for you to present a summary of what you have done, learned, as well as suggest potential ideas and share your findings
Have the opportunity to meet other interns in Schibsted
About you:
You are interested in how internal corporate communication works
You are a 3rd-5th-year student
You have good English skills and you are not afraid to use them on a daily basis
You have experience with design tools like Figma and Miro.
You are curious, willing to learn, and you have your own ideas which you would like to implement
You will be based in Oslo during the internship, but you are able to work remotely from time to time. We still keep in contact every day
We understand that you may not have work experience just yet, so instead we are interested to learn more about your skills, how you will help us bring value to our customers, and what you have done so far that you are proud of!
