About Oliasoft
Oliasoft is a SaaS company founded in 2015 by oil and software industry experts on a mission to develop software that helps drilling engineers make cost-efficient, safe and effective oil wells.
Oliasoft is building the next generation engineering software for the oil industry, with rich interactive 2D and 3D user interfaces, making use of highly performant simulation engines (CFD, FEM etc.). In addition, we also want everything to look beautiful, snappy and fun to use.
Our software is delivered as a cloud-based software, with our front-end being React based SPAs/PWAs in the browser and JSON REST based APIs. Behind the scenes, we combine our front-ends with highly performant simulation engines running server side in the cloud. We are very diverse as far as development equipment goes; we have developers on Windows, Macs and Linux.
The Oliasoft team consists of 50 highly skilled employees with knowledge from software development, math, physics, business and the oil and gas industry. The common factor is a passion for innovation and a desire to deliver value to the oil- and gas industry.
The summer internship will start from 19th of June and last throughout July. We will have interns in other departments as well, so you will be part of a small team of summer interns with different discipline and background.
If you get excited by solving complex challenges and want to kick-start your career in an innovative tech company, we’d love to hear from you!
We are eager to hear from you!
