About this opportunity

As the Graduate in Nordea Asset and Wealth Management (AWM), you can choose between the following two areas: 

As a Nordic AWM Business Risk Management team Graduate, you will be at the heart of AWM’s non-financial risk management. Our team delivers a wide range of management information on non-financial risks and supports the business in making informed risk decisions and managing their risks. As a Nordic team we embrace unified and transparent ways of working. You will be located in either Copenhagen or Stockholm. 

As a graduate in Nordea Funds, you will be part of the largest fund company in the Nordic countries. We add value by offering close to 250 funds domiciled in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark for our customers throughout the Nordics. Fund Operations team is a Nordic team with highly dedicated professionals working with fund reporting assignments. Having good excel-skills is a big advantage in this role. You will be located in Oslo.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will rotate between different units where learning and growth define the strategically important tasks and projects you´ll be responsible for and/or participate in, examples could be:
    • Participate in risk assessments and analyses of risks varying from financial crime, data privacy, information security, Conduct, governance in order to collaborate across the business area to develop and implement change initiatives
    • Fund information duties and production of fund statutory documentation: participation, coordination and follow-up on various projects and activities, such as product initiatives

Through your work, you’ll get insight into a market-leading, complex financial company, knowledge of and network across the bank's core business areas, as well as an impact on operational excellence. The role is based in Oslo, Stockholm or Copenhagen.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate positions, you have:

  • Master’s degree (latest 1st Sept. 2023)
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent language skills in English and local language (for the role in Norway)
