About the position
InPhase Solutions AS is looking for one or more intern(s) for the summer of 2023. At InPhase we work with applications of ultrasound technology within a wide range of fields, such as medical and non-medical imaging, flow measurements, corrosion surveillance, thickness measurements, wireless transfer of energy and data, material inspection and flaw detection, and classification of fish. We work with many different clients, but we also pursue and conduct our own development projects.
As a student summer intern, you will be engaged in our development projects, working under the supervision of a project manager. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, image processing and classification (i.e. by means of machine learning), testing, lab experiments, algorithm and software development, and documentation of your work. As a summer intern, you will be expected to follow initiatives and tasks independently, and report to the project manager. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations like any other employee, e.g. take part in and report progress during our weekly meetings.
As an intern, you will be working from our office at Hornebergveien 7A in Trondheim. Due to the vacations of our employees, we are aiming for an internship in or around June or earlier, but we are open to other suitable arrangements.
