SEB is a leading Northern European financial institution with strong market positions in the Nordic countries. The Corporate Finance department assists our clients in M&A and Equity Capital Markets activities (including IPOs and private placements), as well as other financial advisory services.
We are now looking for talented students for full time positions starting Autumn 2024. At SEB Corporate Finance you will experience how advisory services are handled at the highest professional level and get a unique opportunity to develop your professional skill set and position yourself for a career in investment banking.
Your tasks will include
· Information gathering and processing for company, industry, and market analyses
· Participation in corporate valuations and financial analyses
· Preparation of company presentations, board presentations, investor materials, etc.
Who are you?
In addition to strong academic results and analytical skills, we value candidates with an outgoing personality and team player mentality, engagement, high work capacity and a genuine interest in financial markets. You show commitment to learn and constantly develop your skill set, and you work in a structured way with focus on quality, details, and deadlines. Experience with PowerPoint and financial modelling is beneficial.
Strong communication skills in both English and a Scandinavian language is required.
