Arctic Securities is seeking to fill internship positions in our Corporate Finance department. We offer internships during all periods of the year, lasting for a minimum of 8 weeks.
An internship within Corporate Finance gives you the opportunity to experience how it is to work in teams covering share and bond issues, IPOs, and M&A transactions across a range of industries. You will be exposed to a wide range of tasks, covering industry research and analysis, business plan and valuation assessments, preparation of company and investor presentations, and capital market assessments.
You will work in teams with highly skilled and positive colleagues. Your manager and HR will follow up closely to facilitate your development, making sure that you get the most out of your internship both professionally and socially.
We are searching for talented, committed and solution-oriented persons with an ambition to learn and develop in an energetic, intellectually rewarding, and inclusive environment.
The internships are relevant for students with strong academic records and a curious and analytical mindset. You should have a motivation to learn about capital markets and finance related topics, but no prior experience is required. Fluency in a Nordic language is a prerequisite.
