What you will do
The graduate programme is a one-year rotational development opportunity, based in Oslo. There may also potentially be opportunities to work in one of our international offices during the programme, depending on business needs. Upon completion of the graduate programme, you will be transitioned into an entry-level position within our organisation. Our graduate positions offer wide-ranging personal and professional development opportunities in various roles across the organisation, including investment management, risk management, compliance, corporate governance and technology. As part of the programme, you will receive comprehensive training and development, a corporate mentor and a ‘buddy’ to support you in your role. Salary
This position offers a competitive annual salary of NOK 625,000.
