About the Unit

We will hire interns in different departments/disciplines such as; 

• Governance & Excellence 
• Business Process Management 
• Operational Excellence 

Responsibilities 

Whilst the exact responsibilities can be shaped depending on your skills and interests and the needs of the department, below are some examples of tasks that could be included:    

• Follow up on the related discipline mission, its anchoring, and active utilization of it as a foundation for work
• Using business data analysis to bring out actionable insight in a global environment
• Project activities including proposing objectives, scope, and work plan, and ensuring successful execution across stakeholders engaged within Governance and excellence, Business Process Management, and Operational Excellence 
• Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement across Yara 
• Take part in related department projects

Profile

• Student in your 3rd/4th year of study in Management, Engineering, Business, or similar/related 
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner in English, both written and verbal 
• Great collaborative skills and interest in working with different stakeholders. 
• Thriving by working in an international work environment  
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute the action plan. 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Attention to detail

 As a summer intern at Yara, you will be part of an 8-week paid program that is designed around your skills, interests, and the projects your unit is currently working on.
