Kearney PROUD Academy 2024

Join us for three days of case workshops, practical activities, social events, and networking with LGBTQIA+ participants and Kearney consultants from all over Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

During the academy, you will have opportunities to explore the world of strategy consulting, develop your business skills, and sharpen your problem-solving abilities—all while learning firsthand in a comfortable and inclusive setting about life as a Kearney consultant.

Together with other participants and supported by our LGBTQIA+ consultants and allies, you will learn to solve a real-world case and have an opportunity to present your recommendations to a panel of Kearney partners and managers.

During this three-day program, we will discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion at Kearney and beyond and create a safe space and platform for you to ask questions and address any concerns you might have regarding identifying as an LGBTQIA+ person in the workplace.

Kearney will cover all costs for this event, including travel, accommodations, and meals. We will follow official COVID-19 guidelines.

This event and its focus areas are created specifically for students who self-identify as LGBTQIA+.

Does this event sound like something for you? Apply to secure your spot in the running for this year's PROUD Academy.
