Job Responsibilities

• Participate in complex financial transaction projects such as IPOs and mergers for corporate clients.
• Build and/or maintain advanced financial models for companies.
• Prepare documentation in relation to financial transactions, including investor presentations, term sheets, press releases and prospectuses.
• Interact with companies’ top management, investors and experts within relevant sectors.
• Perform market and company research to support equity cases.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong academic background in economics, finance, or related fields.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with complex financial models.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in a Nordic language and English.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage but not a requirement.
