Job description

We are looking for university graduates for our Graduate Program starting in August 2025. As part of the program, you will take part in a one-year tailor-made experience that will provide you with unique development opportunities designed to help kickstart your career as a consultant. During the program, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute through working with various industries across our different companies, running through the full lifecycle of projects. You will be visiting our offices in Sweden, attending our tailored course program, and taking part in social activities.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Contribute to digital growth, e-commerce and strategy projects
• Participate in larger projects and initiatives
• Assist clients throughout the process from idea to implemented solution
• Act as an advisor and sparring partner for our clients
• Help build and advance Curamando's expertise

We believe that you have:

• A relevant master's degree in fields such as economics, marketing, technology, management, strategy, etc.
• Strong academic performance
• A good understanding of methodologies, techniques, and best practices
• An engaged, inspiring, and trustworthy spirit
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
