The Eidra Graduate Programme is your entry point to a Nordic consultancy collective with global clients, bold ideas and real impact. As a graduate, you’ll rotate across three of our leading companies — from creative studios to tech-driven strategy firms — gaining hands-on experience, tailored training, and a community that spans disciplines, cities and ways of thinking. • Or something entirely different — we’re open to all kinds of thinkers and doers

You should be:

• Curious: Eager to explore new industries, methods, and ideas
• Creative: Able to find new angles to tough problems
• Structured: Capable of managing projects and deadlines

Bonus if you have:

• Internship or work experience
• Background in interdisciplinary or analytical fields
• A master’s degree (in any field), or relevant experience that compensates for one
