Clarksons Securities is seeking ambitious professionals with 1–3 years’ experience - ideally from investment banking, consulting, or financial advisory - who want meaningful responsibility from day one.

What you’ll do

• Work in sector-based, high-performing teams where your impact is visible from day one.
• Engage directly in live transactions through deal execution, client interaction, and close collaboration with senior bankers.
• Own core workstreams across financial modeling, valuation, presentation development, and due diligence.

What we look for

• You have 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or a comparable advisory environment.
• You are analytical, curious, and solution-oriented, and you thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• You have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg/Refinitiv and modern AI tools is a plus.
• You are professionally fluent in English, fluency in Norwegian is a strong advantage.
