What does the internship involve?
Equinor’s summer internship is designed for students who want hands-on experience and a future career in energy. You’ll gain practical insight into your chosen discipline while learning about our operations and strategy across oil, gas, renewables, and low-carbon solutions.

What we expect from you
We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and look for qualities such as openness, collaboration, courage, care, and curiosity. You should be adaptable, communicative, and eager to learn in a digital, multicultural environment.
Requirements:
Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a solid academic record
Fluent in English
No more than 2 years of relevant full-time work experience
Completed at least 2 years of higher education before the internship starts
At least 1 year of study left after the internship ends
Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are a plus
