What We Are Looking For

As part of our efforts to expand our credit research offering we are looking for an analyst who together with the existing research team will be responsible for expanding credit coverage of companies within our core sectors.

The ideal candidate:

• Recent graduate or up to three years of relevant experience in credit or equity research, consulting, or a related industry, with a relevant university degree.
• Strong academic record and genuine interest in finance and capital markets.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, eager to learn, and able to handle a high workload with strong analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Bloomberg/Refinitiv and modern AI-driven analytical tools is an advantage.
• Strong communicator, professionally fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

What We Offer

• Analyze financial, market, and macroeconomic data; develop company models; and publish research on market outlooks, corporate performance, and credit perspectives.
• Contribute to debt capital markets transactions by preparing supporting materials.
• Engage directly with corporates and clients.
