THEMA works on the impactful and thought-provoking challenges that stand in the way of a more efficient and sustainable society. For example, we: 

• Help government and regulators understand how the risks and rewards of offshore wind development can be shared to enable commercial investment, 
• Collaborate closely with executives from key energy companies to identify long-term growth opportunities, drive organisational development and facilitate strategic transactions, 
• Follow and analyse different power markets across Europe to understand the development of future prices, and 
• Advise electricity networks on how to prepare for the mass adoption of electric vehicles.

As a full-time Associate Consultant with us, you will:

We are looking for dedicated and talented master’s students who share our desire to make an impact. Whether your line of study is business, engineering, science, economics or something completely different, we want you to:  

• Combine curiosity with strong analytical skills (as demonstrated by your academic results), 
• Be driven, 
• Have excellent people and teamworking skills, and 
• Want to work on and learn about the energy transition.
